Referrals and Admissions

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make for them.

That’s why we involve your whole family in every step of the process of obtaining a placement at Adventure Wellbeing School. We work in partnership with you and your local authority to give your child the best possible chance of being offered provision from the service that will best meet their needs.

Adventure Wellbeing School welcomes any enquiries and encourages families to visit the school and discuss our approach to education. Children who attend Adventure Wellbeing School usually have an Education Health and Care Plan.

The first step is to complete our referral form or send an email directly to our referrals team at referrals@awschools.com attaching the latest version of your child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

All information you send us will be treated as confidential and saved/shared in line with GDPR guidance.

Once we have received your initial enquiry, we will get back to you within three working days. We operate an open-door policy and encourage you to speak to us about any concerns or queries you may have.

Referrals can be also be made through the Local Authority Education Office that has the responsibility for your child’s education. Our admissions policy can be viewed below.
